Okienko UEK: the Cracow University of Economics timetable on your phone

USOS runs late. We do not.

We take the timetable from planzajec.uek.krakow.pl, where changes appear first. You see the whole day as a stack of cards: what is now, what is next and where. Each kind of class has its own colour.

  • lecture
  • tutorial
  • lab
  • language class
  • seminar
  • exam

You have 1 h 45 min. Coffee or a nap?

Okienko counts the breaks between classes and shows them in your day plan. You see the week on one chart, and a day without classes stands out at once.

Who has a break now?

Add friends by their code and see right away who is free and when you share a break. Plus friend groups: your crew, a student club, the whole year.

  • Crew
  • Student club
  • Year 2, FiR

Test on Thursday. Are you sure?

Add an entry to a subject and your whole group or just chosen friends will see it. Others can confirm it, so you know at once whether it is a fact or corridor gossip.

The rest just works

  • Reminders

A notification a quarter of an hour before class, and right away when something in the timetable changes.

  • Calendar

Your timetable in Google or Apple Calendar. One link; cancelled classes disappear by themselves.

  • No signal

The timetable stays on your phone, so it works in the tram tunnel too.

  • Campus map

Where is Paw. U? A map in the details of every class.

  • Absences

Count absences in every subject before the teacher does.

  • Groups from USOS

Do not remember your group? We will pick it from USOS.

  • Two themes

Dark, sage, or both in turn.

Is this an official UEK app?

No. A student makes it for students, and the university has nothing to do with it. The timetable comes from the public planzajec.uek.krakow.pl system.

What happens to my password?

Your login and password pass through our server only to log in to UEK systems. The server does not store them. If you tick “Remember me”, the password is kept encrypted only on your phone.

How is this different from the timetable in USOS?

We take the timetable from planzajec.uek.krakow.pl, where changes appear first. We use USOS only when you want your groups picked automatically.

Does it work on Android?

Yes. Okienko works in any modern browser and installs on iPhone, Android and computers.

How much does it cost?

Nothing. No ads and no paid features.

Can I see what it looks like first?

Yes. Demo mode shows a sample timetable, friends and entries without logging in.

Is the app in English?

Yes. It follows your phone’s language, and you can switch it in Settings. Subject names, rooms and teachers stay as UEK publishes them, in Polish.
